This training follows the precise TOP© FI program of the French schools, and therefore gives you access to TOP© Practitioner training.

Target audience
TOP Initial Training is aimed at emergency services, healthcare professionals, transport professionals, athletes and sports federations.
These groups, often confronted with highly stressful environments, will particularly benefit from the stress, motivation and fatigue management techniques taught during training. Whether it’s improving decision-making in emergency situations, maintaining optimum performance under pressure, or optimizing physical and mental recovery, the TOP method offers concrete tools that can be adapted to every sector.
The course
The TOP Initial Training course lasts a total of 21 hours, spread over three separate days. The first day takes place via videoconference, providing an interactive introduction to the TOP method while allowing for flexible distance learning.
The other two training days are scheduled at 3 to 4 week intervals, allowing participants to put into practice the techniques they have learned, deepen their understanding, and return for intensive face-to-face sessions focused on integrating and refining skills.
Pedagogical approach
- Presentation of concepts and techniques using various methods (videos, case studies, etc.), followed by analysis by trainees with feedback from the trainer.
- Teaching of the theoretical bases essential for understanding and applying techniques.
- Experimentation and training sessions, with feedback and adjustments.
- Sharing real-life experiences to help integrate techniques into everyday life.
- Personal activities and training between sessions, with individual debriefing by the trainer.
- Supply of documents (technical data sheets) in digital format.
- Access to audio documents for trainees’ personal development.
Monitoring and assessment
- Participants’ involvement in the exercises and scenarios is continuously assessed throughout the course, followed by a personalized debriefing.
- An oral assessment is carried out to measure understanding of the method and its application in the daily professional context.
- Attendance is mandatory for all sessions.
- A certificate of completion will be issued to participants who meet these criteria.
