The Virtual Box

In a nutshell

What is my relationship with violence and aggression? What are my limits, our limits, in a tense context? These are just some of the questions we'll try to answer with Marie Emmanuelle Py from All Leaders Initiative. An immersive course, as uncomfortable physically as it is psychologically.

Presentation

This coaching aims to develop awareness of self and others, identifying individual values, encouraging calm communication, and teaching psychological management tools. Objectives include applying resolution protocols, practicing tactical communication, and adopting safety postures. Skills developed include team cohesion, understanding the differences between aggression and violence, and effective conflict management.

We offer you the opportunity to apprehend the context of aggression in the heart of a framed, realistic and secure space-time. Explore and maximize each person’s potential, adapting to physical and psychological discomfort.

With La Virtual Box, we provide you with a simple yet robust set of tools to help you deal with such situations in “emergency medicine” mode.
