Concerns

What if we're not really athletic, or not so young anymore?

Protecting yourself isn’t a sport. There’s no age or fitness requirement. You’re not even required to want to.

The good news? Everyone has a place in collective safety.

Spotting danger early, positioning yourself intelligently, using your voice, managing distance — we’re all capable of that.

Training isn’t built on strength or explosiveness, but on judgement, anticipation and a few simple principles that work just as well at 15 as at 60.

In fact, most of the safety work happens before contact.
