Feedback
“I dug deep within myself, both physically and emotionally, in complete safety and with real care. This course is a subtle partnership between two trainers who combine their skills to bring out the best in us in terms of self-knowledge and managing aggressiveness. The intelligence and deep humanity of these experts lead to astonishing results.”

You don’t discover your limits the day everything tips over
Facing aggression, everyone reacts with who they are — their values, their fears, their history. Most teams only learn this in a crisis, at the worst possible moment.
A sandbox, like in IT
The Virtual Box creates a framed space and time to explore everything beforehand: your relationship with aggressiveness, your personal and collective limits, how you hold your place in a group under tension.
The goal
To trigger, in a safe setting, the click and the awareness that usually only comes cold, two days after a real crisis.
Know yourself under tension
Identify your values, become aware of yourself through others’ eyes, talk about your limits without taboo.
What the Virtual Box brings to your teams
Distinguish to decide
Understand the differences between aggressiveness, violence, conflict and brutality — and what belongs to me, what belongs to others.
Manage, together
Shared resolution protocol, tactical communication, safety postures, physical management of an individual: contain, separate, break free.
Lasting cohesion
The value of a shared struggle: a working framework that favours psychological safety and durably bonds the team.
One time, one place two and a half days, residential
The residential format isn’t a logistical detail: it’s what enables the immersion, the trust and the depth of the work. Each stage closes with a “pop-up” externalisation to set down what was experienced.
Half-day, Entering the frame
Co-building the safety rules, fundamentals of managing individuals, presentation of the Virtual Box and its objectives.
Day 2, Exploring your limits
My limits, our limits · the OKness principle and life positions · personal and professional responsibility · physical role-play and safety postures.
Day 3, Owning and testing it
Owning the tools in supervised training, a practical test, a hot-debrief questionnaire and final debrief.
