That second where you sense the situation could tip over, and you no longer know whether to speak, step back, or brace for something else.

Words turn into threats. The team around holds its breath: nobody knows who should step in, or how.

The safety distance no longer exists. Your colleague has a split second to choose the right response, and no training has prepared them for it.

The incident is over, the damage is done. Trust erodes, absenteeism rises, and your best people start looking elsewhere.
Rule N°1, listening to you: your sector, your recent incidents, the at-risk profiles among your public. Nothing generic — a tailored approach from day one.
Participants are dropped into scenarios inspired by their daily reality. The goal: trigger their real reactions (not textbook theory) to analyse their automatic responses.

Foundational module over 2 consecutive days. Full programme (verbal + physical + mental preparation) over 3 to 4 days, which can be split across your schedule. Half-day refresher sessions recommended after 6 months.
Any professional facing conflict: care staff, reception staff, security personnel, social workers, managers, field teams. No prior experience with conflict management is required. The techniques taught are designed to be accessible to everyone.

From 6 to 20 participants per session. Below that, the role-play dynamic suffers; above it, there isn't enough hands-on practice. This is a pedagogical choice, not a logistical constraint.
Training delivered in French, Italian or English — ideal for international teams.
I work on your premises or in a suitable nearby space. Based in Sardinia, I travel across Europe and internationally.
