Before each training session, we define the work environment together, determining the level of intensity and pressure acceptable to everyone.
Our training courses (which are fairly physical) are designed for participants in good physical condition, but remain accessible to people with disabilities (prior interview to decide on adjustments).
Respect for safety instructions and other participants is essential, with any infringement leading to immediate exclusion. This approach ensures a safe and respectful learning environment, adapted to each individual’s abilities.
