There are no guarantees in self-defense. The reality of aggression is a world as chaotic as it is dazzling, and I’d be wary of putting forward any guarantees of success or results. I humbly believe that we can only limit the damage, which means that a broken nose may be a “good” result in the face of imminent mortal danger. We have to be content with the essentials.
Why is this? The world of aggression is unfair.
There’s no such thing as mixed, 3-on-1 or old/young boxing. It would be carnage. In the street, it’s commonplace. Secondly, and this is a constant, the aggressor chooses you because he’s convinced he’s stronger than you (and he’s often right).

Recognition
The first and most important is customer feedback and word-of-mouth.
The second is undoubtedly to have received several accreditations from AGENAS enabling my course to be eligible for ECM courses for the continuing education of healthcare personnel in Italy.

Once again, it proves nothing except that we’re on the right track.
