Understanding whether you have the effective ability to defend yourself is fundamental to your safety. Measuring the level of each employee helps managers to build a well-balanced, operational team. For these reasons, we owe you a maximum of professionalism in the evaluation of participants both at the end of the course and over time.
Participants are assessed on their understanding of basic concepts and principles.
Types of tests performed
- Skills assessment via multiple-choice questions
- On-line evaluation of the theoretical part
- Test based on a situation chosen by the participant
- Final test with a scenario imposed by the examiner
- Evaluation (on-site or online) after 3 months
