Why work in ultra-realism?

Our brain’s reptilian response is at the heart of our transformations. It’s total, immediate and unstoppable, so we can only tame it at best.

We limit theoretical teaching to understanding the nature of the mission, key concepts and tools, because only experience (real or simulated) counts.

Ultra-realistic scenarios, based on real-life situations experienced by your teams, are designed to trigger this instinctive reaction in the brain, which will come to your defense in less than 500 ms as soon as it considers itself to be in danger.

As you can see, such training courses need to be experiential because, by nature, this automatic response is difficult to reprogram. The objective is therefore, firstly, to encounter this limbic response and then to try to systematize it into a natural, improved response, by deliberately blurring the reptilian brain between simulation and reality.
