Potential Optimization Techniques (TOP©) are methods developed to improve performance and stress management, particularly in demanding environments.
Used by the French armed forces and adapted to other fields, TOP© encompass breathing, relaxation, visualization and mental load management techniques. They aim to boost concentration, motivation and self-confidence, while helping to better manage emotions and fatigue.
TOPs are particularly effective in preparing individuals for high-pressure situations, by optimizing their mental and physical resources.
