Potential optimization techniques

THE TOPs©

Why Potential Optimization Techniques in self-defense? Let’s start with a premise: self-defense is not a sport but a skill that requires courage, technique and physical aptitude. I would add that self-defense requires mental preparation, an awareness of one’s potential under stress, and a means of restoring homeostasis. Preparing for it is the first step towards safety.

To achieve this, we have developed a unique teaching strategy to enable as many people as possible to prepare for the onslaught, recondition themselves and manage their emotions.

self-control

stress regulation

3 tools are particularly useful.

BreathingControlling your breathing helps to regulate stress, stabilize heart rate and improve concentration.

RelaxationRelaxation reduces physical and mental tension for better stress management. Through simple exercises, it promotes recovery and calmer decision-making.

SensorializationVisualizing a soothing scene reduces the impact of stress and enhances emotional management. Combined with breathing and relaxation, it promotes a state of calm and control.

MENTAL PRE-ACTIVATION

MOBILIZE 3 minutes before the operation

Integrated into the intervention protocol

PAM prepares the brain and body for action by anticipating a situation. Through visualization and mental conditioning, it optimizes reactivity and performance in the face of challenges.

Decision stressDecision-making stress paralyzes action through doubt and hesitation. By defining clear rules and practicing decision-making under pressure, we reinforce confidence and the ability to act quickly and effectively.

recovery

Reconditioning to last

Boredom and fatigue are the bane of alertness.
The benefits of TPO (optimized pause time)

20 minutes of TPO provides effective recovery by reducing stress and mental fatigue. It helps to maintain a high level of concentration, improve productivity and prevent burnout. TPO also promotes emotional management, enabling you to return to a state of calm and clarity before resuming an important task or decision.

reflex activation signal

Immediately reach the required emotional state

A little trick of your own

SAR triggers an immediate, instinctive response to a critical situation. Combined with a precise stimulus (to be built or restored), it enables us to act without hesitation, bypassing stress and over-analysis for a rapid, effective reaction.
